All I Want For Christmas 2021 - Part I
NURTURED 9’S CO-FOUNDER LINDSEY SOUNDS OFF ON WHAT SHE WANTS MOST THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!
Although I love the change of seasons in New England and still get excited every time it snows, I don’t love feeling chilled in my house all winter long! The first thing that I want for Christmas is our new Cozy Maternity Robe so that I have an extra layer to wear at home that’s both functional in keeping me nice and toasty but also makes me feel relatively put together since it’s such a beautiful piece. I spend a lot of my day in my house working from home and taking care of my two kids, so this item is something that I’ll get a ton of use out of this season. It's a great Christmas pregnancy gift idea. And even though I’m not expecting, the relaxed and flowy silhouette of this “maternity” style still works perfectly for me.
The second item on my wish list is the Palo Santo clean-burning candle. I love the look of the golden tin and beautiful floral label and already know exactly where in my home this gorgeous item will live (side table in my dining room, next to a vase of dried flowers). Now that it starts getting dark at 4:30pm, I am obsessed with turning on all the lights, especially anything that gives off a warm glow during the holidays! Lighting a candle at the end of the day makes me feel more content and happier in my space. Plus, it’s just such a nice way to end the work day and relax into the evening.
Speaking of switching gears into evening mode, I do love myself a glass of sparkling wine! This year, we discovered an amazing online boutique for clean-farmed bubbles called We Drink Bubbles. Next up on my wish list, I am eyeing the French Girl Organics Rose Sea Polish. It’s a luxe clean beauty item that makes the entire bath or shower ritual so much more elevated and enjoyable. On weekends when I have the time to take a long bath, I love lighting a candle, playing zen music, and enjoying my most indulgent bath and body products that smell amazing and make me feel refreshed and completely relaxed.
And finally, since I’m at home so often (and because our floors are so cold in the winter!), I would love another pair of slippers. I appreciate the slip-on style of our Blush Slippers because I can keep them at the foot of my bed and easily step into them when my kids call for me in the middle of the night and I need to get going asap (half asleep…you know the drill). The plush warmth is very comforting as I shuffle upstairs to the kids’ rooms.
