What’s On Lauryn’s List:
I am particularly stoked about this year's holiday collection of gifts for Mom and Mom-to-Be! Really and truly, each and every one gives me those warm & fuzzy holiday feels. It's hard to choose what I want this year! But, I have to say, in curating these holiday gift boxes, one idea stands out as giving me full goosebumps when we came up with it (and I'm in Tucson, so it was still 95 degrees!). The Mama's Stuffed Stocking!
If you're a Mama like me, you have spent the past what feels like a million years, juggling work, kids, relationships, home, schedules, self-care...all the things! And now, I have to tackle the holidays!? Please. Send. Help.
I have spent this year trying to get a handle on what is really important for me to prioritize and what I can delegate. It's no easy task! When my colleague Erin suggested a JUST FOR YOU MAMA stocking, I got chills...teary-eyed even (and legitimately did again just writing this). Could it be? A year where we Mamas don't stuff our own stockings? A year where someone else thinks of us?
That's not to say my family isn't fantastic at making me feel appreciated. But, for some reason, the stockings (& gifting in general!) always tend to fall on Mom, which means, sadly, she's often stuffing her own...with whatever we can get our hands on while shopping for everyone else. Then, upon opening, surprise! "Oh wow, socks!" "Who got me these?!" *wink wink* .
Even if you're not a Mom yet, and you are expecting, every task takes that much more effort and that much more out of you. Am I right? So, imagine how fabulous you'd feel to have this stocking chock full of items thoughtfully curated with items just for YOU!
Also, it really is STUFFED. With some of my favorite items: Gourmet chips to snack on, Peaceful Tea for zen moments, and sparkling rose gummies that are delicious and festive. My absolute favorite face mask on the planet, nail polish and dry brush for a spa moment. Luxe Noshinku hand sani and Hurraw Mint Lip Balm for on the go. And our seasonal edition Let It Snow candle and sherpa lined sleep mask for a cozy, sleepy minute for Mama. What more could any woman ask for?!
Imagining Mamas and Mom-to-Bes everywhere opening a box delivered to their doorstep with a beautiful stocking that says "JUST FOR YOU MAMA" (a reminder that she will love for years to come), filled with goodies all just for her, brings me so much joy! And that is why this year, for Christmas, all I want is Mama's Stuffed Stocking...for me, and for Mamas everywhere!!!
What’s On Lindsey’s List:
At the top of my wish list this year is The Party Ready Holiday Gift Box from our holiday collection. First of all, it’s practically overflowing with self-care treats! I know that just opening it on Christmas morning and discovering all of the thoughtful items packed inside will bring so much joy. Undoubtedly, my kids will be peering over my shoulder to see what’s in there but I will remind them that everything in this box is just for their Mama. (Sorry kiddos!)
Now on to the specifics. There’s nothing that makes a tired Mom feel more put together than beautiful loungewear to wear home, so I’m super excited about this beautiful cream floral robe with lace detail along the hemlines. I will be wearing it while I get ready for a fun night out! I also love the idea of showering Mom will all sorts of items to help her both relax AND gear up for festivities, from a soothing bath bomb, face mask, and 8 sheep organics body lotion to an ice roller, body oil, and highlighter (to enhance my party-ready glow 😊)! And finally, the most delicious snack of all snacks (and I know this because I got to sample it already!), the Legally Addictive Peppermint Crunch salty and sweet cookies made from crackers. It sounds different because it IS different, and insanely yummy, all at the same time.
More than anything, I’m excited to spend the holidays with my family and friends. But you better believe that if this beautiful gift winds up under my tree on Christmas morning, I will be one happy Mama.
